I think we may have a little budding chef in our home. Atticus has been very insistant as of late about going beyond helping with making meals and wanting to actually make them. Most recently, he made me my lunch. I adore how much he was beaming about the opportunity to serve me.

I sure do feel like one incredibly lucky mama. I love this little boy! It was a delicious salad. He has a knack for flavours. During lunch today he guessed which spices I had used in the sauce on our Quinoa Salad. Now, the trick will be to come up with menu/meal ideas that he can be a little more hands on with. If anyone has some ideas, I would
